The Fitness Cell is a personal and specialized fitness center designed to feel like home. Our founder, Boaz Saar, handpicked a suite of coaches who emphasize the Art of Movement. Each coach brings a unique training method and collaborates as a team to design bespoke training programs. The studio is inside a sun-lit brownstone next to central park and is equipped with tools that offer a blend of traditional dojos and modern gymnasiums.
