Boaz Saar
Boaz Saar founded The Fitness Cell in 2006. As a former Israeli officer, he is a master of method. He delivers results with order and precision and approaches training with a scientific, yet practical method. Boaz’s experience and teaching ability make him an integral part of The Fitness Cell. He hand-picked a team of expert trainers with different specialties to deliver a fitness program that is well rounded and can go deep at an advanced level.
Heather Culton
Heather Culton started her fitness career as a professional dancer and Pilates instructor. Over the years, she developed her own method that combines the most effective elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. Today, Heather teaches clients how to connect to the smaller muscle groups that help prevent injuries and enhance your overall fitness regimen. This allows you to improve posture and alignment as you develop greater flexibility and fluidity of movement.
Heather embraces the individuality of each client and customizes a subtle but powerful program to maximize the full range of motion and make your overall movement more effective. Whether you’re looking for the long, lean look of a dancer or a restorative supplement to improve your golf game, Heather’s method has far-reaching rewards.
Gilbrando Acevedo
(MS in Exercise Science, NASM CPT, Corrective Exercise, Injury Prevention & Performance Enhancement Certified) is a health and fitness specialist with over 20 years’ experience training men and women to achieve their health and fitness goals. His training technique aims to achieve practical and progressive results. He enjoys bringing an acute focus to his sessions that yield life changing improvements.
He employs an integrative approach towards the achievement of health and fitness that is grounded in multicomponent and multiplaner training. His sessions, therefore, are creative, dynamic, specific and fun emphasizing posture, core, flexibility, strength, endurance, balance and more. His goal is to create functional bodies that are beautiful, streamlined and balanced, enhancing self-image actualization, self-awareness and a zest for life! Whether clients are interested in fat loss, getting ready for a photo shoot, wedding, strengthening their health for an improved quality of life or simply looking great, Gilbrando is skilled and experienced at achieving all such goals.
Luis Colon
Raised in New York, son of a Professional boxer, which I passionately followed in his foot steps and started a career of my own. Through my experience in training to compete at a high level, I obtained nasm cpt and researched the human anatomy to understand the human body and the best scientific way to become stronger and faster. With years of training NYC elite, I continued my fitness journey and teamed up with Boaz studios the leading fitness studio in the fitness industry.
Lior Shenberg
Personal Trainer & Self Defense Instructor It all started at the age of 13, when Lior began his martial art journey in Karate and Muay Thai at his local dojo in Tel Aviv. The personal challenges this new activity offered quickly drew him into a consistent practice. Fast forward- Lior started his army service as a Krav Maga instructor and combat fitness trainer for the Israeli Defense Force Military Police Academy. As part of his service he trained detectives, intelligence units and other branches of the IDF. In 2012, Lior moved to the United States to teach in one of NYC’s biggest Krav Maga schools where he remained for three years. Along with creating their kid’s self defense curriculum, he spent countless hours on the mat training group and private lessons with teens, adults NB and celebrities. Lior is now working full time working out of Boaz Studios
